A tightly woven fiberglass cloth with silicone pressure sensitive adhesive.  Excellent all-purpose tape capable of resisting moderate grit blasting.

This thinner version of CT – 900 allows greater economy for a wide range of jobs where application times are shorter.

A heavy- duty fiberglass tape with silastic impregnation on one side to resist extreme temperatures.  Thermally stable, non-residue silicone adhesive on the other. Stands up to very heavy grit blasting without lifting.

A high tensile fiberglass cloth coated on both sides with silicone pressure sensitive adhesive.  It allows an overlay of vinyl tape to withstand severe grit blasting.  Supplied with a cloth release liner.

A thicker version of CT – 910 for longer applications.  It can also provide heavy-duty protection in a single layer.

Designed for applications where a heat reflective surface is required.  This fiberglass reinforced aluminum foil tape with silicone pressure sensitive adhesives can withstand moderate grit blasting.

A thicker version of
CT -  955 for applications requiring longer exposure to heat.

Thermal tapes are affected by application conditions; the material to be coated and the coating particles employed.  The TLC product line was created by taking all these factors into account, designing a series of tapes capable of providing optimum performance throughout a wide range of applications and then confirming that performance with “on the job” testing.

We are also capable and willing to supply you with TLC custom engineering and manufacturing of thermal tapes that fall outside the range of standard tapes should your application require it.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  The physical and performance characteristics shown are averages obtained from tests performed to ASTM and PSTC test methods.  Stickon and TLC make no warranty of any kind as to the results of the adhesive product use.  The information published here is representative of laboratory research on these products and is believed to be reliable.  The information does not constitute a performance guarantee.  Performance of the products may vary with individual applications and the purchaser should satisfy him/herself prior to use as to the suitability of the product for the particular application.  Stickon and TLC shall not be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of the products or for incidental or consequential damages.
