Roller Protection Tapes

These specialty products are designed for wrapping rollers for processing of paper, film, labels, and other web processing applications.

Roller Wrap Tape is a woven fiberglass cloth that has a tightly cured silicone surface.  This silicone surface has a natural grip whether you apply it in sheet form or spiral wrap. 

The product is coated with a non-residuing removable adhesive that allows for this tape to be easily lifted and repositioned.  It's self wound, which makes application easy and there's no backing to strip away.

This long wearing tape eliminates mess, clean up and downtime from adhesive or printing ink buildup on rollers and other surfaces.  It instantly restores worn or damaged surfaces and rollers to a serviceable condition.

If used at temperatures less than 400oF, it can last for years.

As a container liner, Roller Protection Tape can both protect and facilitate cleanup.  Any remaining material left after mixing adhesives may be allowed to harden and simply peeled away.  Due to its extremely low surface tension, it may be used in plastics molding and processing applications.

This Roller Protection Tape is available in standard sizes of: 12", 24", 36", and 48".  Custom widths are also available.
